Heather Craft

My name is Heather Craft, and I own Heather’s Mobile Kitchen. I am married to Josh Craft and we have 5 children. Josh works at Grand Pointe Marina in Jackson.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Josh and I have lived in Mason all of our lives. We think it is a perfect place to raise our children, Hope (17), Lauren (15), Eli (11), Logan (6), and Hank is almost (2).

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
Food truck owner and operator, before that I did in-home health care and hospice.  I love to cook and in the future, I would like to own a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
City Limits, Klavon’s, and The Courthouse Pub.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
27 years.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Rollie Dart.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Hawaii, I love the beach and the waves.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
“Pretty Woman” is my favorite movie. I like to watch anything on the ID channel.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Try not to judge people.

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Alaskan cruise.

Q: Who is your “go-to” band when you can’t decide what music you want to hear?
Bush.

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Town Square Pizza.

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I love that there are so many parks for the kids. Parks with water so the kids can fish.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Owning a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I just can’t make pancakes.

Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Red Rock Canyon in Nevada.

October. Thanksgiving. December 25th. Anytime I can be with family!

My children.
